Dr. H.N. Stokes when he published a transcription
of this letter in his magazine THE O.E. LIBRARY
CRITIC commented:
"This letter not only shows Judge's belief in
the supposed H.P.B. communications, but indicates
an intimate friendship with and confidence in
Mrs. Tingley. Not only does he ask her advice
on the Spanish matter and promise to act on it;
he says 'I shall have you in mind every day'.
It is clear that Judge was in the habit of
consulting Mrs. Tingley on confidential matters."
