Dear Pedro and all,

That question is unanswerable for me. But rather than broad questions abou=
t "terrorism" what perplexes me is the question of the hatreds among Christi=
ans, Muslims, and Jews, and what role any post- or pre-Abrahamic spiritualit=
ies have to play? My cynical, even despairing conclusion is that as of 9/11=
the hatreds between Christians, Muslims and Jews are in complete control of=
human destiny. Any hope for Hindus, Muslims, atheists, Sikhs, Baha'is, The=
osophists, etc. etc. to play any role in preventing Abrahamic apocalyse is v=
ain. The people of the Book are determined to have their ultimate holy war=
and the rest of us are along for the bloody ride, whether or not we consent.=


I'd welcome any dissenting views and would rather not believe what I do.
