For some reason it came up in my mind regarding the name "Agustia" 
referenced in the citation you posted:

equally respected by Dravidians and Aryans.<<

I do not know why but it seems to me that "Agustia" is the transliteration 
into Spanish of the name of the Sage and Saint "Agastya" whom is well known in 
tradition and also mentioned by Madam Blavatsky if my memory is correct.
