They TRIED that! It was a disaster. Everyone in the various groups just 
laughed at it.

I remember suffering through a session that tried to indoctrinate that stuff 
at a Summer School in the early 90s. The speaker was annoying and everyone 
sitting there was wondering why they had chosed to go to that thing in the first 
place. Well, after a while I could not stand it any more and when the 
speaker made the mistake of asking me how I defined the resolution of a conflict I 
said that resolution occured when the other person realized the total wisdom of 
my position and the complete idiocy of theirs.

Everyone roared approval and John Kern laughed so hard he nearly fell off his 
chair.
