Just one, sorry. Since I've never made it through, or even very far
into, any of his books, this is second hand information. But from a
very reliable source: Leslie Price wrote about this problem in a TH
editorial years ago. The one embarrassing item that I recall him
mentioning was CWL's elaborate descriptions of contemporary Martian
civilization. But that's not the only example of bad faith
"abridgment" of CWL. Daniel or JHE will probably know of others; I do
recall that two books were mentioned in this context and not just one.
Still have my old THs but won't have access to them until next week
if no answer emerges.
