I know numerous people who have been strict veggoes for years and not
a single one of them is suffering from nutritional deficiencies.
Associations representing cattlemen will of course argue that LD
animal cholestoerol, antibiotics, and parasites are all nutritional
need without mwhom one cannot subsist, especially parasites. And
then there are all those great prions that come from cows with "mad
cow disease."
Unfortunately, meat is so costly to grow for food consumption that if
the human race continues on its path of procreating its way to
extinxtion carnivorism will die out or the carnivores themselves will
die of starvation, oen of the two.
