"Window dressing" or just food for thought ?

Hallo all,

My views are:

A friend of ours just emailed the following about Theosophy:

To me it is a path of love. The rest is just window-dressing, or
that is, satisfying the intellect and telling us things in a way that
will get us to meditate, different ways of explaining things on this
level that can only be experienced on higher levels. But we insist on
fighting over which is the 'true' illusion rather than the 'false'
illusion, and the heart goes out of the whole thing, it becomes
very cold instead of very loving.
