Re: Theos-World A brief conclusion to theosophy to go with Santucci's introerduxtion

If you subscribe to the idea of the collective unconscious then all things
are plagiarised in one way or another.
After reading most of the stuff written by HPB once and the Mahatma letters
twice, my intuition told me there was much to be gained by absorbing the
view expressed in these books. I then firmed that up with the books by de
Purucker.
What did it for me was that something deep within me was touched by what I
could understand and my limited view of reality was broadened to take in
other levels of being.
Even if the surface of theosophy is tinged with all that you say, I have
decided for myself that the actual content of the material is much needed
wisdom. After all, an orange that is sweet to eat may have a rough skin that
belies the sweetness within.
So much strife in this word seems to me to be about the surface appearance
of things rather than looking deeper into the real problems of the people
who cause the strife. The concept of karma etc has changed my view of people
s actions and the idea that all is not meant to be sweetness and light in
this part of our reality. Adversity sharpens the soul if we let it do so.

Ever since you proved that all the theosophical "miracles" were
nothing but just magic tricks I have come more and more to the
reluctant conclusion that theosophy itself is a waste of time.

Not obly were the miracles all magic treicks, but Rich Taylor has
procved that all the books were plagiarized. William Emmette Coleman
provces that a centuru earlier so that is old news.

Hodgson proved that the mahatma letters were all - all of them -
forged by Blavatsky and Damodar.

An honest person is then led to suspect that K. Paul Johnson was
right. If there were no mahatmas writing mahatma letters, there is
no compelling reason to believe there were any mahatmas period.

That doesn't leave a hell of a lot. Go forward in time and all you
see is a lot of scumbags, liars, and child molesters like CW
Leadbeater. Man have we all been snookered.

Do the earth a favor. Put any theosophical books you have out for
recycling. Don't just throw them in the trash. Let the recycling
people do something useful with the waste paper.
