I mean they use the ideas without giving credit and start whole new 
organizations and make tons of money.

But the reality is this: if people were calling foul and saying that 
there was literary theft at that time, then it was valid. There 
would have been no outcry if there had been no PERCEPTION of theft 
along these lines. What is a person to do? It is water under the 
bridge now. 

When I synthesize this new work there will be gray areas. But much 
of what I am doing is based on personal experience which will too 
overlap with others. Only I will be sure to put it in my own words.
