That's silly on the face of it. This planet very much is visited by "aliens" 
and locals whom we could call "aliens", except they're from its next-over 
dimension. What I've heard is that they're 'concerned', to put it lightly, 
with the turn humanity has taken in destructive technology.

There are the countless deva kingdoms, elementals, the damn planet is 
overrun with 'aliens', when you get down to it......there are hordes of them 
dropping into physical incarnation- some because their home star is 
nova-ing. There are people who you can look at and know they're from some 
other neighborhood, and they know it themselves.

If you have occasion to travel astrally, especially around some bars and 
party neighborhoods, this planet can turn into a Star Wars set.
