neighbours have.Everyone have the things that are necessary for him

Yes that's why we have basic schools!And mothers!and Fathers!

Learning how to learn is in my opinion to research knowledge with all 
the attributes we have(there are differences in the level we are)
For the one it is to look after and the other to look before and 
don't forget the Now and the moment You and me and others are living.

This is laughable, First you need to complete and univy yourself,

headless and hearthless teachings and from that we have enough on
