Actually there was a mountain man in west Tecas who was better, but 
he got passed over because there were no mountains where he was and 
the adepts figured a mountain man who did not have sense enogh to 
live where there are mountains would not make much of an adept if yoy 
know what I mean.

And if you believe that story I have a bridge I have been trying to 
sell.

As for HPB, not a single other emissary from the East stood the world 
on its head the way she did, and it must be said, she was not the 
first.
