Yes. Protocol dictates that for the remainder of his life, Bill
Clinton should be addressed s "Mr. President." So he is President.
As for W, as I have said before, he lost the election and is not
President. I do not even consider him a former governor. In my view
he is an impostor.
Of course the same could be said about every one of his Republicans
predecessors since Andrew Johnson. At least we don't have Wendell
Wilkie to kick around anymore. As of Jan 2005, the same will be true
of W. We're going to send him back to that hog farm his daddy bought
him.
