Hallo Bart and all of you,

My views are:

A short version. Compassion is an unselfish and spiritual feeling which comes forth from the non-physical heart center and grows up
and through the head of the disciple who has pleged to do God's will. Spiritual thoughts comes from the heart of compassion. 
On another level it is a similar spiritual feeling, but a feeling of oneness which acts
or lives on - a so to speak - 'very beyond' level. 
But also: What is truely compassionate is maybe what we would call silence.
Compassion is silent and cannot easily be absorbed by the more ordinary senses.


I suggest the following:
Talk with sweet and soft voice also while emailing at a forum.
Never fall so low as to 'scream' at another person while emailing at a forum.
Never use tough words, which might lower the general atmosphere among the forums readers - that is if you email at a forum.
At least seek to avoid doing so.
Always seek to help, never hurt. If you can't help then at least avoid hurting. Or be silent.
Misunderstandings can happen especially at a place like this where many people from various cultures and countries meet - and we all know that.
Misunderstandings we can relate to and work with.


The following might helpful to add.
Blavatsky writes the following in the book called "The Key to Theosophy" chapter 12:
"It is this very law of Karma which gives strength to all that I have said. The individual cannot separate himself from the race, nor the race from the individual. The law of Karma applies equally to all, although all are not equally developed. In helping on the development of others, the Theosophist believes that he is not only helping them to fulfil their Karma, but that he is also, in the strictest sense, fulfilling his own. It is the development of humanity, of which both he and they are integral parts, that he has always in view, and he knows that any failure on his part to respond to the highest within him retards not only himself but all, in their progressive march. By his actions, he can make it either more difficult or more easy for humanity to attain the next higher plane of being." (This is to those whom the Law of Karma as importance.)

To those whom the Law of Karma has no importance I suggest this:
The individual cannot separate himself from the society, nor the society from the individual. The moral laws of this universe applies equally to all, although all are not equally developed. In helping on the development of others, the Theosophist believes that he is not only helping them to fulfil their spiritual development, but that he is also, in the strictest sense, fulfilling his own. It is the development of humanity, of which both he and they are integral parts, that he has always in view, and he knows that any failure on his part to respond to the highest within him retards not only himself but all, in their progressive march. (To Bart: I just fail to see where your sentences with the word "Bullshit" on the top can make it all easier to the readers.)

But I also think never-the-less that the following deserves attention:
A spiritual group - It will deal with everyone according to capacity and character,
being neither benevolent nor the reverse: for kindness and cruelty,
while effective and understood in ordinary relationships, operate as
part of a conditioning system within a teaching or group situation.

--- To put it shortly. What was important was the following: Netemara said about Blavatsky's relation to Bailey could be the truth. But it could also be a lie. Can we ever really proove this at this forum ? But we could throw some views around so to get closer to reality. But maybe "Bullshit" is closer to reality to you ? - I just ask. ---
