Is is not that Aroepa (world without forms=Nous) makes Roepa,the 
forms.
I think that is the meaning of Ex nihilo,nihil fit.
And the third factor is the creator, the Spirit of fire.(Fohat)
Daivipakriti.
Maybe I am wrong in this last vieuw, because it is too far away from 
here.But I am sure there is created from something.
