Mauri,
Thanks for your response, as always. I need to clarify to you my use
of the term
"Gnomon," I use the word in the sense of a Sundial that has a central
Pylon vertical
at the center and as a result casts a shadow caused by the Suns light,
the shadow
is cast and moves on the Dial surface and "indicates" the time of day. I
am not
intending any other form such as "Gnosis" or a person's knowledge or
deficiency of
knowledge. I only used the term as a tool meaning "Indicator" which
distinguishes
between Light and Darkness, Primary and Secondary, Original Nature and
Corporeal
Carnate Nature as a Metaphor.
But, I do agree that we are all Gnomons or indicators as we are all at
this level
unique differentiation's and human beings , "Seekers" if you will, or we
would not be on
this list.
The True and the Secondary are not a representation or assessment of any
one in
particular, but are only referencing a Metaphysical Reality on the scale
of magnitude
of the Creation in which we find our common participation as per Dallas's
post today
on the Globes and Rounds.
Like I said, Karma has a Habitation, which means a definite locality of
manifestation. It can only have activity or process when a Creation is in
manifestation and that is what I call the Secondary. The premise is that
the Absolute
is Absolute by definition and remains unchanged and unmarked and not
beholden to
Karma. Our Original Nature which is in the Absolute is unmarked and
unstained and
in terms of the Absolute and Unity has never moved and never departed. So
on the
scale of magnitude of our individuality here we are two realities, one
awake in the Light,
the other asleep in the Darkness as the Gnostic would say. So there is
neither
departing or arriving and "Lila" is the word used in India to communicate
this overall
condition or process and translates as "sport" referencing Vishnu as
Creator that
in his sleep dreams the Universes. This only is a metaphor to indicate the
Mayavic
reality when creation (the secondary) is referenced to the Primary, the
Absolute.
