I think this is very true especially in light of the FOLLOWING
articles written by the editors of THEOSOPHY magazine. In these
articles [and the 2 histories (1925 and 1951) by the same editors]
the esoteric sections and claims of Besant, Tingley and others are
severely criticized. But few readers of this critical material were
aware that these anonymous editors ALSO were making esoteric claims
and actually had their own esoteric school based on certain claims of
Crosbie.
