Check out the origin of the Jim Crow laws; blacks fought hard to have them passed. The major problem was that they were not enforced (in that equal facilities, or even close to equal facilities, were seldom provided; the Brown vs. Board of Education determined that it was impossible to ensure that the facilities were equal, and therefore determined that they were inherently unequal.

Which were actions AGAINST the U.S. government, not BY them.
They were not actions against the VP, who refuses to talk abut his involvement.
Perhaps because he wasn't involved?

I did. The only possible valid piece in there was the 1947 LSD experiments by the CIA.

You have proof of U.S. involvement?
There have been numerous documentaries for decades.
There has been much speculation, and not a shred of evidence.

Millions of babies in Iraq by the actions of Saddam Hussein
He is not the one imposing 12 years of sanctions. There is something weird about sanctions on the babies while Saddam and his cronies live in luxury.
But he can end them by doing what he promised to do in the first place.
