Bart,
Now you don't do your intelligence any service. I sent these links with complete
lists not too long ago, they clearly demonstrate that the USA used bacteriological,
chemical and radiological agents on US citizens - without their knowledge and/or
consent.
Let's see now. Taking the list, we can eliminate when subjects
volunteer. We should eliminate when the chemicals or bacteria are
harmless, unless you want to indict the yogurt industry. And let's
eliminate purely speculative cases, or "planned to but didn't". And
let's also eliminate cases where the U.S. government has nothing to do
with them, such as military opponents of the United States using the
agents on U.S. soldiers.
That pretty much eliminates the entire list with the exception of a
couple of cases where the substances administered were not thought to be
dangerous at the time, such as the 1947 LSD experiments.
By the way, I have not had time to research all the accusations, but I
know that the details of the Tuskegee Syphilis study as listed are
incorrect, which makes me suspect that there are other errors of fact,
as well.
