It depends on what you call a link. If you are talking about Iraq's 
links to the specific terrorist group that organized the attack on the 
United States on 9/11/2001, then you are correct; there are none. 
However, Al Queda is not the only terrorist group that has been 
committing acts of war against the United States, and Iraq has 
definitely been supporting several of the other groups. And George Bush, 
in his public statement on 9/11, specifically stated that he was no 
longer going to allow ANY terrorist groups to separate themselves from 
the governments that supported them.
