KARMA: "it is the power that controls all things.....Karma neither
punishes nor rewards, it is simply the one Universal LAW which guides
unerringly...all other laws productive of certain effects along the
grooves of their respective causations. "
It is the fundamental and universal Law S D II 510fn.

I don't believe that any action can be beyond karma. The actor can
avoid being attached to the result, but that is as far as I think one
can avoid responsibility. The same goes for any God.
