However, the OHs did not always exactly match the terms of the PTS as the
above table (constructed for convenience) suggests. Each OH appoints (or
is supposed to appoint) his/her successor. The list of Grand Masters of
the Egyptian Rite could also be shown parallel to the PTS and OHES.
