re Paul's "big doses of disrespect"...

Paul wrote (but I might've, as well, if speculatively):
<<My "real life" environment is one of steady high levels
of respect. Lotsa pleasant interaction, little conflict. But
also no opportunities to discuss the esoteric topics of my
private interests. And it seems that the cost of finding
online opportunities to discuss these topics, and debate
them, and disagree about them, is getting big doses of
disrespect.>>

Seems to me that many of us tend to have our own
various interpretations of what might be called
esoteric topics or private interests, whether or not we see
ourselves as mutually agreeing Theosophists, Catholics,
Buddhists, Zenists, Episcopalians, etc, or not, ... But
aren't Theosophists, people supposed to be able to cross over
those confusing barriers, to some extent, in some ways ...
Not that ....

Speculatively,
Mauri
