I wonder if they asked Geoffrey Farthing or Point Loma Publications
about computerizing it before putting it online. Is the online copy of
the book from a scan? There are several books that could go online if
permission were obtained from the appropriate people. I have, for
instance, an electronic copy of DEITY, COSMOS AND MAN by Geoffrey
Farthing in Wordperfect, which represents how I initially helped set it
up for publication when I was with PLP. It could go online too, if it
were ok.

Perhaps Ken Small and Geoffrey Farthing could let us know what their
thoughts are on the matter?
