I would like to; unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the
actual book, and there's nobody I can ask about it until tomorrow. I am
trying standard Internet research techniques, but with the tremendous
amount of information irrelevant to my point but with similar words,
it's hard. Essentially, though, it comes from the early 19th century.
