So are you telling us that you CANNOT verify that you have been in 
email communication with Brian Muehlbach for the last year or so? 

Brian has stated that he had been in contact with you for more than a 
year. 

We know you have had email communications with Brigitte since from 
time to time she referred to such communications and even quoted 
extracts from that private communication on some of these forums.
