If I had written "That Brian Muehlbach is a despoiler of young goats is
an interesting corollary which requires further research", you would
have grounds for libel against me. Unfortunately, except in Canada,
there is no such thing as libel against an organization.

However, I will tell you that there is NOTHING in Theosophy that even
IMPLIES that a black skin is a curse for having sinned in any sort of
pre-existence, any more or any less than than ANY skin is a curse for
having sinned in a previous existence (excepting writings of individual,
bigoted self-styled Theosophists).
