Hi Mic,
I hope you don't mind my answering you with a public letter to the Theosophy
list.
Thank you for your interest. My ideas of why and how the zero-point and its
spinergy is the origin of both consciousness and matter, came about after
years of concentrated study of (and meditation on) the Secret Doctrine --
using references to modern scientific theories (relativity, quantum dynamics,
Superstrings, etc.) only to find out their areas of agreement with my
geometrization and chemical-physiological interpretation of HPB's theories.
(She did tell us to write our own Secret Doctrines, didn't she? ;-)
This check of modern scientific references came after I had completely worked
out the projective geometry of the field "involution" processes that occurred
during the period of "inflation" prior to "the breaking of symmetry" (and the
start of the "evolution" processes). As for the physiology and
electrochemistry (that HPB stated would be the key to a scientific validation
of theosophical metaphysics) -- pertaining to my theory of how vision worked
in the brain and pineal theater in conjunction with higher order radiant
fields of consciousness (mind, memory, etc.)... Knowledge of those areas of
science were gained during my college level education over 50 years ago (in
crystallography, physics, biochemistry, material sciences, etc.) as a
Chemical Engineer. Besides being a natural born and academically trained
artist, I also have a background on the cutting edge of computer graphic
animation systems development, having been a technical consultant (based on
my video and motion picture special effects expertise) in the early days of
pioneering CGI, CAD and computer assisted animation R & D that led to modern
day motion picture SFX and 3-D animation in such films as Star Wars, TRON,
Toy Story, Monsters, Lord of the Rings, etc. Much of this was a great aid in
helping me see the nature of things in all their multi-spatial, and
multidimensional, particle-wave transparency, even before I opened the Secret
Doctrine.
The accepted materialistic "scientific" theories, on the other hand, still do
not have a complete picture, since they are based on the measurable material
forces starting with the first particle-wave or "quanta." Therefore, even
with the ten dimensional Superstring/M-brane theory, they haven't yet
considered that "the contents of consciousness" (e.g., as visual mind images)
is outside of the material mass-energy fields and within the earlier
involved, immaterial, "coadunate, but not consubstantial" (ref: SD) zero
point fields (in the space between the zero-point and the smallest measurable
or calculable physical "particle," or between the electron and the proton)...
Or, that individualized self awareness could be the inherent nature of the
static zero point itself -- which, upon manifestation, is everywhere at the
center and poles of all multi-phased non-metric hyper-spatial fields and
metric ("physical") fields.
Doesn't this make it evident that all fields in the universe are conscious?
Doesn't it also give credence to the idea that the primal fields, "Chohans"
or "Builders" were conscious beings? Isn't it also obvious that the absolute
"emptiness" of the unmoving (static) zero-point is the basis, or unchanging
reference, for our relativistic judgments about the "fullness" and linear
motion of this changing material world? And, that it's also the basis of the
counter force we call "inertia"? Doesn't it also give much food for thought
as to the inevitability of both karma and reincarnation? All of this is
thoroughly explained in the SD -- (although not as directly linked to modern
and postmodern physics, as in the ABC theory).
As far as I know, there are no peer reviewed and published scientific papers
that consider this ABC unified field theory concept, and all of its
conclusions, as the true basis of fundamental reality... Other than some
scientific papers that speculate that the universe is a holographic unity,
and attempts to fit that in with conventional relativity and quantum physics
as well as with some of the recent developments in M-brane theory -- that
considers the universe as having ten dimensions -- four, visible and
measurable (including time), and six, hidden and immeasurable (which,
incidentally, is getting pretty close to the theosophical-ABC view).
To find out, in both nontechnical and technical terms, how far they have gone
with such advanced scientific theories (that are still controversial, by the
way, since non of them yet can explain the experience or "qualia" of
consciousness, awareness, memory, or brain-mind binding, etc.) check out this

Hope this helps in opening up the circles you are spinning around in. ;-)
