Dear Friends,

Thanks, Daniel, for pointing people to my comments, and those of Rich
Taylor, on this board nearly a year ago. I hope they still prove useful to
those wondering about these things. It should be noted that Rich and I did
not collaborate on our postings, nor did we speak in any "official"
capacity, but rather spoke on our own as individuals.
