I ran a search on www.google.com and found her listed in the University of 
Vienna website http://www.mat.univie.ac.at/People/.

She is listed in the Mathematics Department faculty and staff. However the 
listing does not indicate any degrees; however some names are listed with 
Prof as title and also Dr. Neither is mentioned in her name.

Whether she has a PhD or not and whether she is on the faculty or is a 
staff member, cannot be deduced from the UV website. May be she can clarify.
