That is interesting, if true. He was affiliated with the Theos.
Society?

He was for many years the director of the Borderland Science Research
Assn, of Vista, CA, now located in northern Calif.
www.borderlands.com -- some of his writings are available there in
their archives. He was heavily into the Hermetic approach -- Crowley,
Regardie, Dion Fortune, etc.

I have heard him lecture, and have many of his writings.

I knew he had passed away in New Zealand, but did not know about
Hawaii.
