Some readers on this forum may be interested in the following 
material from my unpublished draft manuscript from the 1980s on 
Colonel Olcott and his testimony about the Mahatmas.

These pages deal with the 4 step process of discovery. Of course, 
this is a simplified presentation but the basic points, I believe, 
are important.
