Daniel, your obvious implication in the above unneccesarily nasty assessment (which is more emotional than factual - Paul did, in fact, do a great deal of homework, you just don't like his results) is that you have done a much better research job yourself. Cranston, whom you seem to admire, didn't bother to tell us in her book. So why don't you tell us, who really was KH and M?
