As boring as it inevitably is, let me point out again:

1. All material by Dr Brendan French (whether stolen by Muhlegger and
published under his name, or stolen and plagiarized by Muhlegger
presumably in the hope that she will be assumed to be the author)
published by Muhlegger is published without his permission, in defiance
of his express and written demands that such material not be published,
and in direct violation of his rights under international and domestic
copyright law.

2. The use of his name on any website associated with Muhlegger or
deriving material from her is without his permission and in defiance of
his express and written demands that his name not be used. Such use is
(yet another) fraud perpetrated by Muhlegger.

3. Muhlegger will not answer simple questions relating to her theft and
misuse of this material, presumably because honest answers would confirm
that she is a thief, a plagiaser and a person whose conduct would lead
her to be expelled if she was a student, and dismissed if she was a
member of staff, from any respectable academic institution.

Muhlegger's unprincipled conduct is an excellent example of how the
internet - which has so much potential to promote the exchange of
information and the advancement of learning - can be perverted by those
who are devoid of what one would have assumed to be normal moral
standards of civilized behaviour.

I would note that I am still waiting to hear from the Sydney solictors
urgently acting to protect her reputation from my assaults!

Just why anyone would engage in dialogue with such a dishonest person who
seems incapable of acting according to basic rules of scholarshiup, I
cannot imagine. The fact that Muhlegger is allowed to peddle her stolen
wares on this discussion list is in itself a scandal.

Dr Gregory Tillett
