Jerry, your axiom is that "your" books on Buddhism are the truth on Buddhism. But who knows it really? I regard HPB as a reformer. Also the reformer Jesus was rejected by the old style believers. When you compare exoteric doctrines with esoteric ones you'll have differences. But if you compare the esoteric theosophical ones with the esoteric Buddhist doctrines you will find no difference (remember the boring Anatta-Atta question). Frank
