making charges of criminal misconduct?

Form a legal standpoint you have no worries as I have explained in my
previous post. Even if the person is charged with criminal misconduct, the
fact that the list provides ample opportunity for reply is sufficient
protection under US libel law and foreign law is irrelevant to US courts in
these matters.
For more info on the foreign libel question see

Now, as you are a moral person you may consider whether it is in keeping with
your own conscience as to retaining the posts in question. Personally, I
would keep them in the archives. If anyone has had his rights violated, he
has every right to complain and more than sufficient opportunity to answer
his complaints is present.
Now, if the material posted in question were copyrighted, then it would be
morally, if not legally incumbent upon you to remove it, but as this is not
the case--keep it.
