Not really.

Sun Tzu's The Art of War was written in China over two thousand years 
ago. That kind of strategy isn't going to work for the United 
States. It certainly won't endear us to the Muslim and Arab 
community. In order for us to conquer the serpents who plot their 
strategies from the astral and lower mental planes, we're going to 
have to stop acting like scorpions and become more like eagles with 
better techniques that come from the higher mental and intuitional 
planes.

Get with the 21st century, nos. Nos, does that stand for "nasty ole 
snake?"
