Start with: I am the IMMORTAL ATMAN.

In working with nature that is evolving I incarnate and around me
the power of Materials builds the necessary vehicles :

1	WISDOM	BUDDHI

2	MIND	MANAS the THINKER, the PERCEIVER

3	NEEDS and DESIRES	KAMA	(unregulated desires, passions, needs,
wants

4	VITALITY	JIVA -- the positive and negative powers that provide
astral and physical forms wit their limits

5	ASTRAL FORM	ELECTRO-MAGNETIC shape on which physical molecules
adhere

6	PHYSICAL BODY	made up of attracted MOLECULES -- arranged into
structures by the ASTRAL BODY and VITALITY

It is the SPIRIT (ATMA) that descends into the body step by
step'.

WE the REAL INDIVIDUAL are the ATMA. It is not one of our
"tools."

So in other words, if we think of ourselves as becoming the
immortal
Monad, then our personality must realize its only bid for
existence
lies in attuning itself to the Cosmic Symphony of the Universe.
We
are like a musical instrument whose tuning fork is the Atma.
Realizing this, we must allow our individual Atma to tune our
four
lower bodies to the true notes of our Monad which dwells in our
upper
three bodies.
