Re: Secret Doctrine - Destroyed And Then Created Again?

>:-) Hi - I wasn't very clear in my reply - when I said I was going to look
in the Theosophical Glossary and the SD for "this subject" I meant I was
going to look for information about what you said is called Nitya Pralaya -
not for information about the Nature of the Astral Plane - I wasn't clear at
all in my reply about what I meant by "this subject."

I feel that I understand the Nature of the Astral Plane pretty well, though I
can't say for sure if my understanding is True - but I think Leadbeater and
Besant present a very clear description of the Astral.

I've always felt that the books by Leadbeater and Besant are like scientific
textbooks, so by reading those books I think I've gotten a pretty clear idea
of at least the basic structure of the higher Planes - though, like I said, I
don't really know if it's True - I strongly suspect most of it is.

And I think the Secret Doctrine covers areas that aren't touched by
Leadbeater and Besant, and also I usually get some really Deep feelings from
reading the Secret Doctrine - her method of writing not being exact like
Leadbeater and Besant, but seeming to touch me more deeply.

I still haven't done that search for information about Nitya Pralaya, but am
still planning to soon - also wanted to say I appreciate all of the good
material you post here on this List - I can't keep up with all of it! - I
read some, and at least skim through what I don't read, and hope to get the
general idea - so thanks - g'Day!
