Re: Theos-World The end

Frank:
(4) It is obvious that the churches are furious that Theosophy still exists
and as they have learned that the old slanders of forgery on HPB didn't work
anyone they invented in collaboration with the left politicians the racism
slanders as the priesthood denounces everyone who believes in evolution and
not in God's creation.

Kazimir:
Do you have on mind some specific collaboration, or it is an impression?

Frank:
In Germany there are hundreds (sic) books and tv shows and articles in the
major newspapers from Christian theologians, most of then Lutherans (or
Protestants as they are called here), not so much Catholics. Their appear
signed so it's no problem to see from were they come.
End of June I was in Berlin biggest cathedral (Lutheran), and in the prayer
the priest was at least two times (it was hard to understand because of
strong reverberations) attacking the Esotericists who said to be self
deificationers (for the church God is outside of man).

Also there is a lot of so-called "independent" writers like left
psychologists who have the same arguments as the theologians. These mass of
"independent" writers come with on overwhelming bulk of details, quotations
from very very rare theosophical German and English (American) sources I
wonder whether they all have at night and on weekend so much time after
their job to find out these sources, read it, grasp it, and interpret it.
There is no public or private archives or library in Germany which holds the
standard books, not to mention the rare ones. So from whom they have it?
Even the Theosophists have not these sources.
It seems as there is a hidden hand which guides these independent and
creative writers.

All this foe books are filled with silly accusations of racism and Satanism.
For the missionaries God created man and as God is perfect so his work is
also perfect and there can be no evolution or development with man. So for a
theologian everyone who says that in the past man from different from today
and that man in the future will be also different from the man of today are
labeled as racists and that will be a great battle HPB has foreseen:

(1) "The great battle of the Future having to be fought out between the
"Creationists" or the Christians, as all the believers in a special creation
and a personal god, the Evolutionists or the Hindus, Buddhists, all the
Freethinkers and last, though not least, most of the men of science, a
recapitulation of their respective positions is advisable." - Blavatsky
Collected Writings, vol. 7:24

(2) "Very soon the day will dawn, when the world will have to choose whether
it will accept the miraculous creation of man (and Kosmos too) out of
nothing, according to the dead letter of Genesis, or a first man born from a
fantastic link -- absolutely "missing" so far -- the common ancestor of man,
and of the "true ape." - The Secret Doctrine:87

(3) "I would not weigh so frequently and so heavily on these thoughts, were
I not keenly sensible of the fact that they comprise questions of high
metaphysics, questions of high philosophy, questions of high religious
import which some day our Theosophical exponents will have to deal with.
They will have to give an account of our sublime Wisdom to the keenest minds
of the world. We shall be asked to explain our convictions, no longer to
kindly audiences such as we gather in our halls and auditoriums; and we
shall then need trained and polished minds, capable and capacious
intellects, men and women fully acquainted with our sublime Thought-Wisdom,
so that they can make statements in exposition which will have clarity,
succinctness, and persuasive power to those who come to us and ask for
light." - Purucker: Studies in Occult Philosophy:158-9, chapter "Good and
Evil".
[BTW, for those who like to play further on ostrich a bad prediction, for
those open-minded a good warning.]

Furthermore I have direct knowledge from an insider that the German
government ordered the Deutsche Wissenschaftsgesellschaft (German Science
Society) to examine both Theosophy and Anthroposophy. Since a few years a
team of sociologists, theologians, "sect experts", historians and
psychologists is working in Bayreuth (were the Wagner plays are). So it
seems to me that one day when they present their findings to the government
(who nearly all have a Marxist or materialistic background) and the public
the Theosophical Movement will find several Universities ready to ask
Theosophists the most difficult questions as to their moral code etc.

So isn't it time to leave the sofa, stand up and befriends with the real
world and prepare against that (good?) karma what will come, to make use of
the power of the attacks and transform this energy to help to make known and
justify the Ancient Wisdom to a broader public?
When will this preparation for trained and polished Theosophists begin? For
those who have fear and are satisfied with the present status quo any
preparation in that direction will be regarded as sabotage. Intuitive minds
will see that we must not suppress that what must go out.

No appeal for co-operation and better understanding can be of longer success
unless one Theosophists does not understand the interpretation of HPB of
his/her lineage in comparison of the interpretation of his
fellow-Theosophist belonging consciously or unconsciously to a different
lineage. When even a fellow-Theosophist from Adyar does not understand what
a ULT'er says and reverse and when a ULT'er does not understand what a Point
Loma student says and reverse - although they all read the same
sentence!!! - how then can we assume that our materialistic foes in the
Universities will understand HPB?

I demand of course no papal system or a canon of convictions and do not say
that all Theosophists gave to a single interpretation, but a better
understanding of each other is necessary to prevent further
misunderstandings. There are various keys to understand a text.
