If fundamentally as Spirit/Souls we are immortals, the killing of
one's body is unfortunate as it truncates life' experience. The
INDIVIDUAL is not KILLED. The Body it.

The INTELLIGENCE eventually returns top earth-life.

Killing another whether legalized or not is deplored by
Theosophical philosophy and ethics.

If you desire to secure a reasoned view of this statement then a
study by you of the KEY TO THEOSOPHY (HPB) will give the right
information and perspective for you to form your own conclusions.

Theosophy offers reasoned answers to every problem. But to
secure and grasp their rationale requires individual study.
There are no "pat" answers nor is there any "hurry up" method of
acquiring the art and science of Theosophical thinking and
consideration
