Kazimir,

You partly said:

=====================
I'd like to ask all of you, experienced theosophists, how much doctrines you
accepted influenced your life:
=====================

I'll offer these few tid-bits concerning my personal view and opinions and
life style:

Based on what I so far think I personally understand about Theosophy, and the
nature of reality that it points to, I am humbled by the great mass of
everything that I know for sure that I do not yet know. And even though I have
a very strong firm conviction that the Teaching is true, and naturally promote
it in my particular way because of that, I am constantly astounded, humbled,
and ashamed when I see how little I personally put any of it into practice in
my own life. For example: I sincerely want to help humanity in every way that
I can -- it is a natural obsession with me, you could say, and had even been
for a number of years before I ran into Theosophy; but I am a recluse who
can't seem to find the time or energy to go out into the world to help my
neighbors or the community; I live every day very aware of my lack of putting
Theosophy into "practice" in day to day life, and am always very depressed
over this, yet I never actually do anything about it. My personal habits are a
mess, like unwisely not taking care of my general health, my teeth, and so on
in these ways on a day to day basis, for many years, which has me in pretty
bad shape in many ways at only the age of 60, and this bad health has already
been going on for many years, and yet I just continue with my bad habits of
over-eating, not exercising, and the ongoing laziness to take the time, and
have the diciplines, to help myself, so that I can maybe stay more healthy, so
that I can continue to try and serve humanity for many more years than I
probably will, as I'm running down very quickly.

Even though I am friendly and caring and good with people when I DO leave the
house once in a while to be around them, and only because my wife, Bonnie,
finds ways here and there, once in a great while, to get me to go somewhere
with her, all in all I am a terrible "example" of what a Theosophist should be
like, which means I do NOT, in any way, shape, or form, "Live the life" that
would, maybe, inspire others to go and check Theosophy out.

Thanks for your unique and important contribution to us Theosophists -- which
are the below questions that you asked. I hope other Theosophists are "Living
the life" of "example" much better than me.
