Welcome! As a fellow bn-basic list member, I thought it somewhat useful
to provide everyone with the link to the "TO KNOW!" article, which is
the 4th one of the 166 that make up the Introductory "Setting the Stage"
book, that you took the following quote from, so that it's considered
from within the exact and full context that it was presented in: "Unless
