As a meditation technique, it is the personality willingly responding to the
"Self," as in answering an inner call.

Negatives or paradoxes are the best that manas can do from its vantage point.

The individual who attains paranirvana, does not return during the rest of the
manvantara. At least, that's what the Buddhists say.

That's not my understanding, at least not for this Solar System, which is, in
the end, a limited field.
