Multiplicity

Are there any reference in the theosophical literature to the rumour,
that Monad has in fact 12 souls, that in turn have 12 personalities?
Therefore one Monad can have 0 to 144 incarnations at the same time.
Of course, there are Souls that ascend to the Father, and then their
incarnations are not anymore present directly, but as the presence of
Father. There are likewise personalities, that unify with the soul,
and thus live in the lives of the incarnated ones. As the time passes
by, more and more personalities and souls merge with the Monad, until
there are but One, the Father. After that, the Monad CAN send one or
more personalities to earth for some specific mission. As I have
multiple arms which in turn have multiple fingers... O:-)
