This sounds like a seventh stage samadhi confession.  Which means that he has realized his identity with the One, or All and all, as there is no One, really, if there was then that would imply there is no Two or more, or One against the Many.  The final samadhi is a realization that you are All of It.  All seeming separate selves, but yet there is no one separate, and you are all that.
