    I believe that you are referring to the fact that fewer people are
incarnating in those groups, rather than any problems with the members who are
alive. With current reduction of bigotry (and growing awareness of what IS
bigotry and why it's wrong), marriage between members of what are commonly
called different "races" will eliminate such distinctions within humanity, in
any case, making ALL of them die out.

    Geographical differences between human groups not only caused the
superficial characteristics that are referred to as "racial characteristics" to
develop, but also different emphases in cultures and knowledge. When a group has
reached the limit of where they can go with that knowledge, and it becomes
available to the rest of humanity, there is less impetus for reincarnation into
that group.
