Just a couple of comments on a couple of points in your letter:

That's not as much of a problem as you might think; consider that numbers are
merely a way of looking at the universe; mathematics is an entirely artificial
discipline, which is what makes its laws fixed within any given mathematical
system (note that one cannot describe mathematics except in mathematical terms).
This does not mean that mathematics is not useful, though it can be argued that
mathematics belongs in the realm of philosophy rather than science.

And scientists today are getting ever closer (albeit not close enough) to
"True Science", at least as you define it.
