Sirs,
     And all---Have just taped the Inaugeration today May 7th 2000 in Russia 
of
     Vladimir Putin as the Second Elected President of Russia. He therefore 
     becomes the marker of a grand change of the Historic Russia--the 
transition
     to a Democratic State. This happened on "White Lotus Day"-- what a 
wonderfull
     tribute to the work of another Russian; Madame Helena Petrovna Blavasky.

         I extend my personal thanks to those who share from the "Treasury of 
Light"
    of the Theosophical History.
