Theos-World Apologies to Aidan

Apologies to Aidan for misspelling his name. my mistake... it was an
oversight. You know Aidan, I think you would have preferred the world of
seventy years ago than the one we have today! It seems to me that if we
were to follow your advise there probably would be only a few Theosophists
left ... perhaps very knowledgeable, but very few indeed. I think your
skills are more in the preservationist department. My brother-in-law
happens to be an archivist and there's quite a need for preserving the past
most would recognize.
I really think you need to be very honest now about the colonial period...
its been past now for several years... and very unlikely it will ever ever
ever be restored. You tend to romanticize about it and overlook the less
desirable aspects.
The information age has changed forever the way we access information. The
beloved books will be relics before too long and that world we once loved
so much will hardly be shared with the new generation. I already see it in
my children with the exception of my daughter who happens to share my
spirit. Christians over the past century went through quite an upheaval
over the language. Many resisted changes but eventually it was inevitable
to bow to the winds of change, and so must we...
We have much to lose, and so little time left, it is imperative
possibilities be discussed.
Your Brother, Art Gregory
